FULL MOON SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE
Join us on Saturday, July 21 at 10am for a meditative sound bath hosted by local wellness professional Wendy Burbridge. A sound bath is an immersive experience using percussion instruments to create a trance-like sensation and a still mind. Pillows and blankets are typically used to add comfort to your practice so included in your ticket is a hand-loomed blanket made by our artisan partners at Intertwined for Good. A wonderful souvenir to take home and carry the positive energy with you.
