Peregrin operates from the north shore of Massachusetts, USA but is exclusively available to shop online at peregrinshop.com.

SHOPPING & RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for 30 days. Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Online returns may be processed through your customer profile. Create a profile here using the email linked to your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the return so long as it meets the conditions of the return policy stated above.

All clearance is final sale.

What if I receive something damaged?

If an item was received defective or damaged, please email Peregrin at info@peregrinshop.com so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, however, that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, some variances and "beauty marks" are to be expected, which often adds to the character and authenticity of the piece. 

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards here. You may also purchase a physical gift card in store. 

Can I create a gift registry and, if so, how?

You can create a gift registry for any event, whether it's your wedding, baby shower, house warming, birthday, or even planning ahead to Christmas!

You can share your registry list to friends and family with a link or add it to your event page's list of registries. You may create a registry by creating an account with Peregrin or logging in, and follow this link.
