The Uhu Owl, or Eurasian Eagle-Owl (Bubo Bubo), is one of the world's largest owl species, with wingspans up to 6ft. They have distinctive orange eyes and feather tufts, resembling "ear" tufts. Highly adaptable hunters, they prey on small mammals and birds. Their deep hoots can be heard up to two miles away, adding to their mystique.
